My Own Journey
Alchemy and the Wounded Healer
Born to a young mother and adopted as an infant, my early life carried a deep sense of separateness and longing for belonging. Yet even as a child, I found solace and connection through the land, the animals, and what I now understand to be the greater cosmos — a world of mystery, imagination, and spirit that felt more like home than the human world around me.
As I moved through my teenage years and into adulthood, that longing deepened. Beneath moments of joy, synchronicity, connection, and profound beauty, there remained an emptiness I could not yet understand. My path became one of seeking — searching for meaning, truth, and a place to belong.
Years later, during a profound period of transformation marked by the threshold of perimenopause and an early Chiron return, I followed the call of my soul into the Amazonian jungle of Peru. There, under the guidance and support of Indigenous Shamans and through deep spiritual and energetic work, I began shedding the identities, stories, grief, and conditioning I had carried for much of my life.
What unfolded was both beautiful and confronting. I experienced profound states of interconnectedness, deep love, expanded consciousness, and an awareness of the intelligence woven through all life. Returning to the Western world and integrating these experiences was not always easy. Transformation rarely is.
I do not claim perfection. I walk this path as a human being who has known darkness, loss, longing, and rebirth — and who has experienced the alchemy of turning pain into wisdom and love.
At the deepest level of my being, I know we are far more than we have been taught to believe. I believe we are beings of consciousness carrying immense creative potential, with love at our very core.
Through Sacred Remembering, I offer a grounded and heart-led space for those who feel called to reconnect with themselves, dissolve what no longer serves them, and remember the truth of who they are.

✧ The Experience
Every Akashic Records practitioner works in their own unique way. Some focus on sharing information about childhood experiences, past lives, or current challenges. My approach is more experiential and journey-based.
Rather than a traditional reading, sessions unfold through vivid symbolic and metaphorical imagery — experienced as an immersive inner journey through consciousness.
We begin by connecting over Zoom and speaking briefly about your current life experience and intentions for the session. You will then be invited to settle comfortably in a chair or lie down in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
The session begins with a gentle guided meditation to create a sacred container, followed by prayer and the opening of the Akashic Records. From there, the journey unfolds organically.
As I enter the Records, imagery, symbolism, sensations, and energetic impressions begin to emerge. I describe these experiences in real time as the journey unfolds. At times, individuals may encounter symbolic landscapes, gateways, guides, ancestral themes, or energetic clearings connected to karmic or inherited patterns. Some journeys feel deeply activating and transformative, while others are subtle, gentle, and profoundly grounding.
No two sessions are ever the same. I never fully know what will arise beforehand, which is why openness, curiosity, trust and surrender are important aspects of the process.
I believe each individual receives exactly what they most need in that moment for their own healing, remembrance, and evolution.
